Carolyn is a New York-based composer, synth player, and neo-classical pianist for film and media.
She's on the composer team with Fliktrax, a premier production library for TV and advertising music.
She incorporates bold keyboard harmonics and contemporary cinematic textures throughout her sound. As a lifelong synthesizer enthusiast, her passion is to amplify the voices of women who have pioneered electronic music. She has been a part of such industry-acclaimed programs as the NYU Steinhardt Film Scoring workshop, the New York branch of the Joy Music House Score Production workshop, and the LA-FCI Studio Intensive at Warner Brothers.
She is honored to be a 2025-2026 SCL New York mentorship program participant.
Her film scores have screened at Denver Film Festival, DC Shorts International, Indie Short Film Fest, and more. She scored the acclaimed horror feature ENTE (2023) which is currently streaming on Tubi; the soundtrack is available on Spotify. She also scored the action-revenge thriller Kira vs. Everyone (2023) from visionary director Joe Carabeo.
She recently composed a feature-length piano score for Wonder Dogs: a silent-film re-release collection from Kino Lorber, in partnership with the Library of Congress, which came out on BluRay in May 2025. She is also branching out into the documentary space with a docu-short La Adorna about the journey and career of a Denver fashion designer.
Carolyn has collaborated with esteemed audio companies Sonixinema and Spitfire Audio. She is registered with BMI, and proudly represented by Point Blank Management: a company which founded and is now leading the new LA Soundscape Orchestra. She is a member of the Alliance for Women Film Composers (AWFC) and the Society of Composers & Lyricists (SCL).
